Hmm, I thought I had a plugin that forced comment wordwrapping...half the plugins I have for Wordpress never work.  I don't know if it's incompatible versioning, or because I'm using a non-default template.  This is why I don't want to use Wordpress on the other project.</description>

i did this awhile back with mine:
