The typefaces you have used are too large and seem to overpower the structure of the final design. The main focal point is also too big along with the smaller tabs below it. I feel that the colour scheme should remain the same as it is now. Why change something that already works? Overall the functionality of your site is good, it is easy to follow and the navigation system is clear to the user. My only criticism is that the layout should be changed - perhaps changing the column sizing/spacing of your blogs etc. I would have to say that your redesign still needs some work.
