The structure of the site is indeed quite methodically thought out with the slight drawback of being a little over planned. The white space and minimalistic persona of this site has enabled this design to remain clear and concise. My only criticism is that the site is lacking in visual appeal. Flash for instance would benefit this site and encourage a varied audience. On another note, the navigation is simple and is purposely thought out to encourage a well balanced and functional website. Plus I think people should try to get away from the formats (like this blog, I'm about to redesign) that scream WORDPRESS 1, 2, 3 poof: blog!
