Even though they didn't come at as big as I'd hoped they were amazingly delicious. Everyone liked them better than my non-vegan cupcakes. I always assume a lot of recipes I find online are from people making much larger quantities than I am, or caterers, so I'm not really surprised when something doesn't translate quite right to a teeny batch :) I might have to make these again soon, because I only got one before they were all gone!
