    This is a great article about how design has evolved to improve the usability of a product. It goes without saying that most designs are never planned out enough towards their target market and as a result lose their users. The same thought process should be applied to web design. If you continue to produce work without consulting your customer, then the final outcome will not reflect their style of business.
