Either I’m becoming a curmudgeon, or teenage humor has gotten decidedly more explicit since I was in high school. Maybe that has something to do with the movie being written by a 25 year old. It wasn’t as great as all the hype, and the story is your typical teenage boy must do X ridiculous feat to win Y girl. However, mild misogyny and homophobia aside, I laughed through most of it.
