Tofu is nasty if prepared wrong. If you make it right, it can have a kind of chicken texture. But it's more often wrong than right unfortunately. My Dad's Elk's Lodge has a wild game dinner every year, I should go to the next one and report back. They serve all kinds of bizarre creatures. I never got more adventurous than buffalo. Hahaha.
