I’ve always bought shoes from Zappos because of their speedy, reliable service. The last time I ordered was a Sunday and they sent me an email the same day to tell me my shoes had gone out. Sure enough, they arrived the next day. But the reason I will never buy shoes online from anyplace else is because of how they treat their customers.

I burst into tears. I’m a sucker for kindness, and if that isn’t one of the nicest things I’ve ever had happen to me, I don’t know what is.
