		<description>Yeah I think this was a great start, it really shows how much work you put into it! I can't wait to look at it at home in preview instead of my crappy adobe browser plugin on my work computer. Never have I been so excited to look at bar graphs and pie charts :) 

I'd also love to see more detailed information about educational backgrounds. For example, did the people with relevant degrees have a BS in computer science or a BFA in illustration, etc. 

These results give pretty amazing insight into how diverse the industry really is.</description>

		<description>I'm really looking forward to next year's too. We did our best to try and get this thing spread far and wide over our industry, so I'm hoping that it doesn't just represent a small contingent of us. Either way, with something like this, you've got to start somewhere. :D</description>
