I just discovered Pasquale D’Silva, a talented illustrator and animator. You can read his musings and see tutorials on his own site, and he also has a great drawing tutorial on rhythm lines at Vectortuts.

Hey no prob awesome work I love it!
I have to say that is really surprises me when someone writes a blog about a talented graphic designer and to find that their website is appallingly designed really irritates me. Ok, so the work sells itself but the website you are showcasing it on, does not give the user a very good first impression. This website is particularly lacking any ‘wow’ factor. The layout is all over the place, the colours are drab and the navigation is very unprofessional. Overall, I think the artist should seriously consider a re-design.
